Skills Training Workshops
We offer free of charge training workshops to manufacturing SMEs throughout England.
The workshops are open to all eligible manufacturing SMEs and you are a simple booking away from reserving up to three places for you and your employees now.
The workshops are:
- Free for eligible businesses
- Aimed at improving productivity, efficiency and profit
- A great way to motivate your employees
- Fantastic for encouraging team work and collaboration
The one-day sessions cover:
- Lean Awareness
- Process Mapping (Flow Process and Value Stream)
- Manufacturing metrics and measures - Quality, Cost & Delivery
- 5S and Workplace Organisation
From September 2012 we will be launching further workshops covering more topics.
