Innovation and problem solving in SMEs
How do manufacturing organisations access and capture new ideas?
How are these ideas used to innovate processes and services within the organisation?
How do manufacturing SMEs solve problems and share knowledge within their organisation?
These are three key questions that I wish to answer as part of an EPSRC-funded research project exploring innovation in manufacturing organisations from a networked perspective.
