MAS Skills Workshop - Leading Change

BARNSLEY HOUSE HOTEL, GLOUCESTER - “The only constant is change”. For management this presents an exciting challenge to avoid continuous disruption and confusion. To be effective as change agents and implementers, managers need to understand how organisations change and why people react in certain ways and learn the skills, techniques to operate effectively in times of change. At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to (1) understand how organisations change (2) understand themselves and others by reviewing team roles, conflict handling, human interactions, learning styles and (3) identify how people react to change and how to change attitudes.
