The SC21 programme is a supply chain improvement programme specifically intended to help make the UK aerospace and defence industries more competitive internationally, the programme is endorsed by all UK Primes and the MoD.
The initiative offers a range of cost-saving, quality improvement and relationship-building benefits to aerospace and defence industry suppliers.
The visit will give an insight into how they have implemented SC21. Innovative approaches and benefits gained. Meeting specific customer challenges. Developing processes to give them a competitive advantage. Gaining aerospace and defence sector accreditations.
This visit will include an in-depth presentation on understanding and preparing for a SC21 Business Excellence assessment management briefing to explain the principles and application of the EFQM 2010 model. An accompanied site tour, questions and answer sessions with host company personnel who have implemented the SC21 changes. Funding available to support your engagement with SC21.
